- What happens if I go over my allowance?
- Nothing breaks. We'll either roll overage into pay-as-you-go rates for the rest of the month, or nudge you to upgrade — your choice.
- Is there a long-term contract?
- No. Monthly plans are rolling monthly. Cancel any time, keep your data.
- Do you charge per subscriber?
- No. You only pay for emails sent. Store as many subscribers as you need.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- All major cards via Stripe. We can invoice UK businesses on larger plans — talk to us.
